Advertising policy and terms
These terms cover ads bought on OneLifeVibe Ads for the websites of the OneLifeVibe network.
What we accept
- Real products, services, events, apps, publications and causes, with a working https landing page that matches the ad.
- Honest claims you can support. Prices in the ad must match the landing page.
- Clear branding: the ad must say who it is from.
What we never run
- Gambling, crypto trading or tokens, payday or high-cost loans, weapons, tobacco or vaping, adult content, political or issue ads.
- Deceptive design: fake buttons, fake system messages, fake scarcity or countdowns, misleading before/after claims.
- Malware, auto-redirects, trackers, scripts in HTML ads, or landing pages that ask for passwords or payment details under false pretences.
- Dating ads on sites that are not 18+; on family sites, anything not suitable for a family audience. Ads never appear on screens made for children.
Review
A person reviews every ad, usually within hours and always within one business day. We may approve, ask for a change, or decline. Declined campaigns are refunded in full, automatically. If review finishes after your start date, your run moves so you keep every day you paid for.
Delivery and measurement
- Flat rate: your ad rotates in the slot for the dates booked, sharing it with at most the slot's rotation limit.
- Per 1,000 views: billed on viewable impressions (at least 50% of the ad on screen for one continuous second; video two seconds of play). If a pack is not fully delivered by the end date we extend it by up to 14 days, then refund the undelivered share.
- Per click: each unique human click is charged at the booked price until the budget is spent; anything unspent at the end is refunded.
- Bots, crawlers, previews and repeat clicks are filtered and not billed.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
You pay in full, in US dollars, by card through Stripe Checkout when you book; Stripe emails a receipt and an invoice. You may cancel for a full refund until your run starts. Once a run has started it is not cancellable by the advertiser, apart from the automatic shortfall refunds above; write to support@onelifevibe.com about anything else. Prices for future bookings may change; a booked price never does.
Your content
You confirm you have the rights to everything in your ad and give us a licence to show it on the booked sites for the booked dates. We may pause an ad that breaks this policy or receives a valid complaint; time lost to a pause we caused is added back.
Privacy
Ads are contextual. The ad frame sets no cookies and builds no profile. To filter fraud we keep a salted, daily-rotating hash of the visitor's network address and browser for at most two days. Advertisers receive totals, never personal data.
